A web developer
you talk to
directly
My name is Artem. I live in Phuket and build websites for Russian-speaking businesses here, in Georgia and in Russia. No sales team, no managers, no game of telephone: you discuss the job with me, and I write the code too.

What you should
know before you order
Better you hear it from me now than find out after paying the advance.
I'm one developer who does the design, code and support, not a studio of seven engineers. The upside: you deal with the person doing the work directly, with no office or manager markup. The downside: I won't take five projects in one week. If I'm busy, I'll tell you straight when my next free slot is.
I won't show you "500 projects since 2019". I'll show you sites that are live right now: you can open each one from its link and check. There are no reviews on the site yet, and I chose not to make any up.
The main risk of working with one person is that he disappears. So the code sits in your repository from day one, the domain and hosting are registered to you, and the contract sets a fixed price and a refund of the advance if I miss the deadline through my own fault.
A marketplace or a social network for a million users is a job for a team of 20+ people, and I'll tell you so up front, before I take any money. What I do: websites, landing pages, online stores and simple CRMs.
How I
work
The rules my projects really run on.
Personal accountability
One specific person is responsible for the project: me. No "the manager will pass it on to the team": you write to me, I reply, and I do the work myself.
Always a contract
Even for the smallest project. Fixed price, deadline, and a refund of the advance if I miss the deadline through my fault, all of it in writing.
Transparent process
You see progress while the work is underway, not on delivery day. I show you interim versions before you ask.
The code stays yours
The repository, domain, hosting and every login are registered to you. If you want to move to another developer, you can leave without losing anything or redoing work.
Honest conversation
If a job isn't a fit for me, I'll say so right away. If it can be done cheaper, I'll suggest the cheaper option, even when the expensive one pays me more.
A modern stack
I use tools that are current and maintained: PHP 8, Node.js, Vue/React, Tailwind. No website builders, and nothing done "the way we did it in 2015".
Russian-speaking businesses
in Thailand
Phuket projects are a big part of my work. I know this market from the inside.
I live here
Same time zone as you, and we can meet in person. I'm not a "remote contractor on the other side of the world" who replies once a day.
Sites in two languages
Russian for fellow Russian speakers, English for tourists and expats. I've built multilingual sites and know where the pitfalls are.
I know the local niches
Tours, bike and car rentals, yoga: I've already built sites in these niches and know what really brings in leads there.
Tell us about your project
I'll reply within 30 minutes. Within 24 hours I'll send an estimate with a fixed price and timeline.
